How should I care for my yarn?
We recommend soaking your yarn in wool wash with cool water to keep your yarn fresh and clean. All yarn has been soaked prior to shipping, but you may want to soak again before using if you are worried about colors bleeding. Although yarn is superwash, in order to protect the integrity of the color, I always recommend hand washing in cool water.

Is Old Soul available wholesale?
We are open to building wholesale relationships! Contact us for wholesale inquiries.

Do you take returns/ exchanges?
We are willing to take returns and provide refunds on uncaked, unused yarn still in original packaging if contacting us within 3 days of delivery confirmation. This yarn must be shipped out to us (at the buyers expense) within 7 days of original delivery confirmation. It is our aim that you never leave empty handed, so an exchange of some sort will normally be offered. Please contact us if you are unhappy with your yarn and we will try to do whatever we can to fix the problem!

Custom and personalized orders:
We love hearing your suggestions on colorway ideas and are open to taking custom color orders at this time! Have bridesmaids that love to knit and want to create a special wedding colorway? Going on a small knitting retreat with friends? Contact us! We would love to participate in your special occasion.

How long should it take to receive my order?
Most listings are ready to ship, unless otherwise specified in the listing as a dyed to order colorway. Please allow 3-5 days for item to be packaged and shipped. Shipping is USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise discussed prior to ordering. You will receive a tracking number with each purchase and confirmation once your order is shipped.

Is yarn free of pet hair?
Please know that yarn is dyed in a chihuahua friendly home (check out pictures of my sweet poochies, Lola and Bailey, above) but yarn is ALWAYS stored in a pet free room in airtight containers.
